Sony and the development team at Firewalk have just announced the release date for Concord, a new free-to-play shooter coming to PlayStation 5 and PC on August 23rd; while gamers who pre-ordered the deluxe edition of the game will be able to access Concord as early as August 20th, three days in advance. Additionally, the first season of post-launch content will arrive on an unspecified day in October 2024.

Sony will not be present at the upcoming Gamescom, which will take place in Cologne from August 21 to 25; however, on the 20th, there will be an Opening Night Live hosted by American journalist Geoff Keighley, where we may see some news from Sony.
