According to a source, zhangzhonghao on the Chiphell forum, it is rumored that the company will bring 3D V-Cache technology to the upcoming Threadripper CPUs and Ryzen APUs.

According to the leaker, the supply chain has confirmed that AMD is indeed preparing Threadripper processors with 3D V-Cache technology, and AMD is expected to introduce X3D chips to the mobile platform for the mainstream market. Here’s what the previously mentioned source stated:
