The development team at Red Barrels Games has just revealed the roadmap for new content coming to The Outlast Trials. Below are the words of a company spokesperson on the matter: “Despite the cyber-attack we experienced some time ago, we still want to share with our community the roadmap for the new content we have in store for the game.” Specifically, a new event called Geister will be arriving soon, which will introduce:
- A new catalogue containing both old and new Geister items.
- A new challenge – MK.
- A new mini-game lobby.
Following this, a second event called “Winter Kills” along with Season 2 will be coming to The Outlast Trials, featuring:
- A new map.
- A new catalogue.
- New challenges – MK.
- New enemy NPCs.
- New Rig.
- New storylines and much more.
The Outlast Trials is available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. As always, we encourage you to stay tuned to these virtual pages for all future updates.
