Biwin introduces the CUDIMM DW100 DDR5 memory

Recently, Biwin has unveiled its DW100 DDR5 CUDIMM memory modules. The new DW100 memory from Biwin offers speeds of up to 9,200 MT/s with a CAS latency of CL42, and the unlocked PMIC allows for real-time frequency adjustments, ensuring a dynamic performance tuning of the memory based on workload demands.

Results show that the memory reaches the impressive speed threshold of 9,200 MT/s, slightly below what Asgard’s Thor CUDIMM solution offers. Regarding memory capacities, the DW100 modules from Biwin will be available in 48 GB (2 x 24 GB) configurations, as the company has chosen to initially focus on higher capacities, dropping the 16 GB modules offered by V-Color with their respective solutions.

Overall, this is certainly great news for the market and consumers.
