Pathea Games has officially revealed My Time at Evershine, the latest chapter in the popular My Time at series (following My Time at Portia and My Time at Sandrock). Formerly known as Project ME, the new title will be available on Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and the successor to the Switch. The release date has not been announced, especially since a crowdfunding campaign will launch on Kickstarter on September 24.
These are the words of the series’ creative director, Zifei Wu, in the press release:
“My Time at Sandrock cost around $12 million, and we expect Evershine’s budget to be around that figure as well. Having extra funds at this early stage of development allows us to plan for bigger and better features and gives the community a chance to provide direct feedback while we’re still deciding on key design and execution elements of the game.”
The third installment in the My Time series, Evershine is a 3D open-world simulation RPG set in a post-apocalyptic world (but healthy) 330 years after the Day of Calamity destroyed civilization. After surviving a nuclear winter for hundreds of years underground, people are finally beginning to take charge again…
