THQ Nordic has announced, via a video on its YouTube channel, the demo for Disney Epic Mickey Rebrushed, a 3D platformer.
In this remake, Mickey will embark on a journey through Wasteland, a land populated by forgotten Disney characters. The player, taking on the role of Mickey, will find themselves in a fantastical world wielding two tools that will shape the course of the adventure: solvent and paint. The player will have to use paint to restore the beauty and harmony of the surrounding environment, or use solvent to alter it and discover hidden secrets. The choices made will impact Mickey’s fate. Iconic characters such as Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, Walt Disney’s first creation, can be encountered in the game. Players can collect virtual Disney pins by taking on creative challenges and discovering hidden secrets while exploring platform levels inspired by Disney animated films and shorts.

The demo for Disney Epic Mickey Rebrushed is available today, August 27, 2024, for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via the Steam store.
