Unstoppable: First Images from Upcoming Prime Video Film

Unstoppable tells the true and inspiring story of Anthony Robles (played by Jharrel Jerome) who against all odds became an American wrestling champion. The film marks the directorial debut of William Goldenberg, an Oscar-winning editor for Argo, with several nominations for The Imitation Game, Zero Dark Thirty, Seabiscuit – A Timeless Legend, and Insider – Behind the Truth. The film features a stellar cast that includes Jharrel Jerome, Bobby Cannavale, Michael Peña, along with Don Cheadle and Jennifer Lopez.

Anthony Robles himself appears in the film and is credited as ‘Anthony Robles Double’, engaged in complex wrestling moves and stunts. He is also a producer of the film. Jharrel Jerome trained for months and worked closely with Anthony to acquire the physicality and determination needed for the role. Unstoppable is produced by Artists Equity, the production company of Ben Affleck and Matt Damon. The film was written by Eric Champnella, Alex Harris, and John Hindman, based on the book by Anthony Robles and Austin Murphy, and produced by Ben Affleck, Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, Anthony Robles, Andrew Fraser, Gary Lewis, and David Crockett. In Unstoppable, Accessibility Coordinators from IndieVisible were involved to ensure a safe working environment and productive tools for the entire cast and crew.

Synopsis:
Anthony Robles, although born without a right leg, manages to become a NCAA Division 1 wrestling champion, ultimately winning the national championship against the school that had rejected him, powerhouse Iowa.
