Neos Corporation‘s YouTube channel just revealed the global release date for Shin chan Shiro and the Coal Town. The title has already been released in Japan, but other regions will be able to enjoy the game starting in October.
The story features Shinnosuke who moves to the countryside with his family and spends his days getting to know the locals and engaging in various activities such as fishing and insect hunting. One day, his dog returns home covered in soot, and while trying to figure out why, the dog runs away and ends up on a strange train. Shinnosuke boards the train and finds himself in a city called Coal Town, a place that seems to be stuck in the Showa era and populated by working-class people.
In the game, players can engage in various activities such as: fishing for fish; catching insects; gathering and growing vegetables; crafting items from materials collected from the ground; participating in races with mining carts; customizing and upgrading their carts.
