Today, 28th November, the Secrets of the Spires expansion is indeed being released (following a small delay), bringing the action-adventure based on the famous film to version 1.2. This second story pack is available for those who have the season pass.
Here’s the description:
Epic aerial battles await you in the Spires of the Cloud Forest, a new spectacular mountainous region in the Western Frontier of Pandora. Explore and discover a new open world designed to enhance the thrill of flying on your ikran! Sabotage RDA’s air convoys with new ikran abilities and a brand new mounted weapon. Encounter a secluded Na’vi clan and join them in the fight against a new RDA threat in the Spire region. Get lost in the verticality of this new area, filled with canyons and caverns, where unexpected dangers lurk in the shadows.

Quality Mode 60 FPS – The game will run at 60 FPS using quality mode on the PlayStation 5 Pro, featuring the following enhancements:
Increased internal resolution – The enhanced hardware performance allows the game to achieve both higher FPS and a higher rendering resolution, resulting in an increase in resolution in certain scenarios.
PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution (PSSR) – Integration of the new temporal upscaler PSSR based on machine learning, utilising the new ML hardware of the PS5 Pro, improving both quality and performance.
