Warhammer 40000 Space Marine 2 continues to deliver impressive numbers, being the sequel to the title released in 2011, where players confront the enemies of humanity as Lieutenant Demetrian Titus. The game developed by Saber Interactive has been an immediate hit with audiences, and in recent hours, on the official forum of publisher Focus Entertainment, it was announced that it has surpassed 5 million players across all platforms (PC, PS5, Series X/S) since its launch nearly three months ago, specifically on 9th September. In October, Focus had announced that the game had reached 4.5 million players, having surpassed 2 million players within the first two days of its release.
Here is the text from the post regarding the number of players achieved:
“5 million Space Marines have joined our ranks to eliminate Xenos and Chaos! A huge thank you to everyone who has joined the fight. It has been incredible to see the community grow (and to continue to see it grow)! Here’s to many more battles in the future.”
Below you can see the image where Saber Interactive and Focus Entertainment thank the players for the milestone achieved by Warhammer 40000 Space Marine 2. Lastly, we remind you that the patch 4.5 has recently been released, adding a new weapon and enhancements in operations.
