Below is an overview of the second chapter of the game from the PlayStation page:

Five years after their perilous journey across post-pandemic United States, Ellie and Joel have settled in Jackson, Wyoming. Living in a thriving community of survivors has allowed them to work in peace and stability, despite the constant threat of the infected and other more desperate survivors. Following a violent event that disrupts this calm, Ellie embarks on an unyielding quest for justice and to finally find the sought-after peace.
