Ubisoft will release update 1.4 for Star Wars Outlaws (you can find our review here) on November 21, and in a new developer update, creative director Drew Rechner previewed some of the patch’s content regarding the combat system, characters, and stealth mode. It’s worth noting that the game sold only one million copies at launch. Below is the comment from Drew Rechner:
We see a real opportunity to add more depth and excitement to the experience, further rewarding your tactics and precision. Our second key area is stealth, which involves not only improving enemy detection readability and consistency but also allowing players to choose how to approach each encounter. Regarding controls, the team aims to enhance “the reliability of cover, increasing the responsiveness of climbing and crouching, and generally improving control consistency overall.”
