PLAYISM has announced the release date for Maid Cafe on Electric Street via their YouTube channel.
The game is set in a maid café in Nipponbashi, Osaka, an otaku paradise. The story revolves around a young man who leaves his previous toxic job and finds himself in a rundown maid café tucked away in a quiet corner of Nipponbashi. Unexpected events unfold, and he is temporarily appointed as the manager of the café, taking on the responsibility of running the establishment. As the new manager, his first task is to recruit cute girls to work in the café.
Players will immerse themselves in lighthearted stories about daily life with the maid café’s waitresses and explore Nipponbashi, visiting various real-life shops such as Surugaya, Sofmap, Dragon Star, Super Potato, and Karaoke Rainbow. Players can also have dates with the waitresses. Furthermore, the game features modern, detailed pixel art graphics that capture even the finest details.
Maid Cafe on Electric Street will be released on November 18, 2024 for PC via the Steam store. A demo is available to try out the game.
