Incredible but true, Sony Interactive Entertainment has managed to leak what might be the most exciting announcement for the State of Play. We’re talking about Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver 1&2 Remastered, a remastered edition that marks the return of two beloved classics among gamers.
Spotted on the PlayStation Store, Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver 1&2 Remastered can be considered practically confirmed, so we just await the official announcement to make it official. Therefore, in a few hours, users will be able to celebrate because this remaster has been the subject of leaks and speculation for years and is finally about to become a reality!
The collection will, of course, include Soul Reaver and Soul Reaver 2, both in their enhanced versions, with the original games developed and published by Crystal Dynamics in 1999 and 2001, respectively.
In fact, during the previous San Diego Comic-Con, we had a sense that something was brewing, and that the two titles were finally ready to return to current-generation consoles (and we also expect to PC). For all the details, the trailer, and any release date, we just need to wait until midnight. The State of Play tonight will undoubtedly capture even more attention!
