Previously, it was reported that Apple aimed to simplify battery replacement with a new electrically-induced adhesive removal technology. The press release for the iPhone 16 Pro does not mention any changes related to battery repairability. Both iPhone 16 models have received a significant number of upgrades, both externally and internally, making them a solid improvement over their predecessors.
