2022 D.C. The sequel to “EARTH DEFENSE FORCE 5” represents the battle between the EDF and the alien life forms that have suddenly attacked Earth. Players take on the role of an EDF soldier in this third-person shooter, where they must destroy a multitude of giant enemies.
Story
The year is 2024 A.D. Humanity has won the long battle against the unknown invaders. The enemy Primers have vanished, and peace has returned to Mother Earth. However, the population has dwindled to 10%, and the world is on the brink of collapse. The survivors have fought against the remaining threats, doing their best to continue their healing. In 2027, three years have passed. In this new world of despair, it’s time to once again resist the fate of Earth.
