On September 21, PayDay 3 was released, and Starbreeze has decided to celebrate its first anniversary with a two-part update that will introduce new content to the game. Part 1 will be released on September 16, while Part 2 will follow in October.
This update introduces Chapter 4 — Fear and Greed, the final DLC of the Year One Roadmap, which you can check out in the teaser trailer at the end of the article. Players who own the Gold Edition and Gold Pass of PAYDAY 3 will gain access to this expansion, which will also be available for separate purchase on PC, Xbox Series S|X, and PlayStation 5. The Fear & Greed expansion includes:
- Heist Pack: featuring the Stock Exchange heist.
- Weapon Pack: with 3 new weapons, new mods, and cosmetics.
- Tailor Pack: including 4 new masks, 4 new outfits, and 4 new pairs of gloves.
PAYDAY 3 Anniversary Update Part 1 also includes free content available for all players, such as:
- New Heister (Houston): after being rescued from the Justice Palace, Houston will become a playable Heister.
- New Overkill Weapon (Minigun M135)
- New masks
- New Twitch Drops
