Fairy Tail 2 is the direct sequel to the 2020 game.

A new trailer has been released, offering players a first look at the magical battles that Natsu and the team will have to undertake to defeat their greatest enemy, Zeref, the Spriggan Emperor of the Alvarez Empire. The battles have been completely revamped, and fans will have the opportunity to use all the skills of the FAIRY TAIL guild members to defeat their opponents. Players will need to exploit the synergy between different characters to unleash powerful attacks if they want to defeat Zeref and his elite unit of wizards known as the Spriggan 12.

In addition to the standard edition, two special editions can be pre-ordered: the “FAIRY TAIL 2 GUILD BOX”, which includes the base game, the art book “Sorcerer Magazine Special Issue: Game Release Edition Vol.2” inspired by the magazine “Sorcerer” found in the original work, a special Shikishi with holographic finish (3 types in total), and more. The “FAIRY TAIL 2 COMBO SET” can also be pre-ordered, which contains, in addition to the items included in the GUILD BOX, a special illustrated canvas with the printed autograph of the series creator Hiro Mashima.

Additionally, fans will be able to digitally pre-order the “FAIRY TAIL 2 Digital Deluxe Edition” which will include additional in-game content such as costumes, characters, scenarios, various DLCs to enhance the gaming experience, and more in the future.

Everyone who purchases FAIRY TAIL 2 in physical or digital version before January 6, 2025, will receive the costume “Miss FAIRY TAIL Contest” for Lucy as a bonus for pre-ordering.
