Inside Out 2

Inside Out 2 coming soon to Home Video, with lots of extras

The Home Video editions of Inside Out 2, the Disney Pixar animated film, an undisputed box office phenomenon worldwide, which has reached a massive record of 1 billion dollars globally, winning the title of the animated film with the highest earnings in cinema history, are finally available for pre-order. The acclaimed sequel by Kelsey Mann will be available from October 9, 2024, in DVD, Blu-ray, and Steel book Blu-ray formats, the latter enriched with lots of extra content, including exclusive deleted scenes, an alternative opening, and a never-before-seen documentary about the story creation process.

In this second chapter, we return to Riley’s mind – who has just entered adolescence – with Headquarters thrown into chaos by a completely unexpected event: the arrival of new hilarious Emotions! Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, and Disgust must manage the presence of Anxiety and her friends – Embarrassment, Boredom, and Envy – who challenge the stability that Joy has painstakingly achieved: a fun and touching exploration of the complex mind of a girl on the brink of puberty.

Among the extra content of the “INSIDE OUT 2” Blu-ray editions, we find numerous deleted scenes, including an alternative opening sequence of the film – where Riley awkwardly attempts to sing an original song composed for a school audition – and a special video commentary by the Disney Pixar creative team dedicated to the scene of the Dark Secret, a repressed memory that the young protagonist keeps well hidden in the vault of her mind and is revealed only in the post-credits scene.
