Turtle Beach Stealth 700: Gen 3 shows its strength

The most significant announcement concerns the third generation of gaming headphones from the Stealth line. The Stealth 700 promises to establish itself as one of the most likely contenders for the high-end peripheral throne. Among the various improvements and key features, we find a seamless wireless cross play, both through the USB dongles included in the package and via the integrated Bluetooth connectivity. This allows us to use the new 60 mm dual driver Eclipse ear cups on all major console platforms and PC. This latter platform will also enjoy further exclusive features such as high-quality 24-bit 3D audio. But the innovations do not only involve performance; the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 headset also presents further improvements to its design, such as more comfortable ear pads capable of supporting multiple hours of listening. The battery lasts up to 80 hours and recharging in just over a quarter of an hour. Completing the entire package is an ergonomic microphone with AI-oriented technologies like “flip to mute”, to end every communication simply by lifting the microphone, in addition to the usual Noise and Echo Cancellation features. All this at a starting price of 199 euros and with a release date set for September 22, 2024.

An elegant and aggressive design, the best of the best!

Kone II and Kone II Air: new power in the palm of your hand!

But as the saying goes: “power is nothing without control”, and here we are to talk about the new mice from the Kone series that make an excellent partner to the headset introduced earlier. Presenting an elegant design available in two different colors, the new Kone II and Kone II Air peripherals differ in only one characteristic: connectivity, providing a pair of wired and wireless mice, allowing the end user to make a classic “great impression.” And despite the substantial difference in price (79.99 euros for the wired Kone II and 129.99 euros for its wireless version), both Turtle Beach peripherals feature the same structure in terms of quality and characteristics. Starting with RGB LEDs, which are always a requirement for peripherals, an expandable layout of 12 buttons up to 21 different functions via proprietary software, durable Optical Switches capable of withstanding up to 100 million clicks during the accessory’s lifetime, and a motion sensor ROCCAT Owl Eye Sensor, with the promise of ensuring meticulously precise movements during gameplay.

The product lineup presented by Turtle Beach during this gamescom 2024 has left us with exceptional first impressions. The new Stealth 700 headset further evolves the “gaming-oriented” design of its predecessors and offers an additional upgrade that improves all its features; the KONE II and KONE II Air mouse duo provide two ways to approach the gaming experience (whether on the go or in the office), ensuring potential buyers hours, if not years, of gameplay at a relatively competitive price.
