While Sony and Eagle Pictures have confirmed that Wolfs – Lone Wolves, the film written and directed by Jon Watts (Spider-Man: No Way Home), featuring Oscar winners George Clooney and Brad Pitt, will premiere at the 81st Venice International Film Festival, Apple TV+ has announced that the film will arrive on the streaming platform on September 27, at least in the USA. The two actors reunite on the big screen after Steven Soderbergh’s Ocean trilogy and the Coen brothers’ Burn After Reading. The cast includes not only Clooney and Pitt but also Academy Award nominee Amy Ryan (The Office, Only Murders in the Building, Beau is Afraid), Austin Abrams (The Line), and Poorna Jagannathan (Turtles All the Way Down). Wolfs – Lone wolves will be in theatres from September 19 distributed by Eagle Pictures.
George Clooney and Brad Pitt together again in the action comedy Wolfs – Lone wolves. Clooney plays a “fixer,” a professional resolver, hired to cover up a high-level crime. However, when a second fixer (Brad Pitt) enters the scene and the two “lone wolves” are forced to work together, their evening spirals out of control in a way neither of them could have ever imagined.
