It has been revealed by some members of Boss Team Games that the team is working on two new titles based on the classic film Halloween from 1978. Boss Team Games will develop both titles based on the acclaimed film together with Compass International Pictures and Further Front.
One of the games will be developed using the Unreal Engine 5 graphics engine and will have the direct involvement of the iconic director of the original film, John Carpenter. He states that “as a big gamer myself, I’m excited to help bring Michael Myers back to life in this game and my hope is to scare you to death.”
One of the two titles is still in its early development phase. Additionally, the team reveals that players will relive moments from the film and play as the protagonists of the movie. No further details have been provided on the development of the second game.
