Capcom continues its massive marketing campaign for Monster Hunter Wilds, and has just published a new video, this time dedicated to the hammer weapon. We remind you that Monster Hunter Wilds will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC in an unspecified month of 2025.
Additionally, the Japanese giant has recently announced that the new installment of the series will also be present on August 20 during the Opening Night Live of Geoff Keighley and that a playable demo will be available on the showfloor of Gamescom.
Finally, we remind you that Monster Hunter World has recently surpassed 23 million copies sold worldwide. At the moment, there is no further information about this new chapter of this historic franchise, so we can only wait for more information that will arrive during the increasingly imminent German fair.
It cannot be ruled out that the company has in store the announcement of some title not yet officially revealed; for example, the fair would be an excellent stage from which to announce the highly anticipated Resident Evil IX, but of course, these are just considerations and there is nothing certain about it. The released trailer lasts about a minute and shows the various combat techniques that can be utilized when wielding the hammer as a weapon.
