Activision has recently announced new and interesting updates for the Zombies mode of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. Below are all the new features introduced in this mode:
- Round-based Zombies is back, allowing players (from 1 to 4) to team up to take down hordes of the undead.
- The two launch maps include Terminus, set in the Philippine Sea, and Liberty Falls, set in West Virginia.
- While Treyarch is focused on creating an increasingly challenging main mission, they are also adding a brand new Guided Mode in the season following the launch of each map, to welcome more players into the world of Zombies.
- The Absolute Movement throughout the Black Ops 6 gameplay allows players to dash, slide, and dive in all directions.
- Fan-favorite Zombie features return, including GobbleGum, deep weapon customization, progression, and mode-specific systems.
- Players will encounter various types of Zombies and grotesque enemies that evolve, such as Vermin and Parasites.
- For the first time in Black Ops 6 Zombies, players can also choose to play in third person and activate user interface elements such as the enemy health bar and numbers showing damage to zombies in the settings bar.
Finally, we remind you that Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be released on October 25, 2024, on PC, current-gen, and old-gen consoles.
