Stray: Switch Version Release Date Announced

Annapurna Interactive and Nintendo of America have recently announced the release date for the Nintendo Switch version of Stray set for November 19, 2024. We remind you that Stray is currently available for PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One.

At the moment, there is no information regarding the next game from this talented team of developers, but it is not excluded that something may be announced during the Gamescom in Cologne, which will take place from August 21 to 25. Below is a short list of their most known titles: What Remains of Edith Finch, Gone Home, Journey, Flower just to name a few.

According to some rumors that have circulated recently, it seems that an animated film based on the game is also in the works; however, there are no official announcements regarding this, so this news should be taken with caution for now. It is not the first time that a movie has been adapted from a video game, although often the final result of the adaptation leaves much to be desired; of course, some successful films do emerge, but these are very rare cases. Stray is a truly unique game, not only because it puts the player in the “furry” shoes of a cat, but also because of its gameplay that skillfully blends platforming and exploration phases in a very convincing way.
