SEGA will be present at the upcoming gamescom in Cologne (August 21-25) with hands-on experiences, including a world premiere for attendees at Hall 7. Here are the titles in the lineup:
SONIC X SHADOW GENERATIONS will be playable publicly in Europe for the first time, and players can choose between Shadow the Hedgehog and a brand new narrative campaign with abilities never seen before, or Sonic the Hedgehog in a complete remaster of the time-traveling adventure, SONIC GENERATIONS. Sonic in person will be available for photos with fans and to provide the opportunity to see the customized motorcycle inspired by Shadow.
Also present at the booth is Metaphor: ReFantazio, the new fantasy RPG from Atlus, which will make its debut in Europe. The game by director Katsura Hashino (known for Persona 3, 4, 5, and Shin Megami Tensei III – Nocturne) and Studio Zero will be playable, giving attendees the chance to experience for the first time the cast of characters, settings, and combat system of the game. There will also be a giant statue of the Seeker, providing another photo opportunity.
Completing the lineup of playable titles at the SEGA booth is a yet-to-be-announced project. New information regarding this will arrive soon.
