In the past few days, Intel has had to face issues regarding the instability of its thirteenth and fourteenth-generation processors, which have been at the center of controversy. Many, including developers and consumers, have reported these issues and expressed their dissatisfaction. However, according to recent announcements, it seems that the situation may change, at least for some, as ASUS and MSI have announced the release of the BIOS patch with microcode “0x129” to resolve the instability issues of the aforementioned processors.
It seems that Intel and its partners decided to release the new firmware update for the microcode to address the instability issues of the fourteenth and thirteenth generations slightly earlier. This new patch was initially expected in mid-August, but motherboard manufacturers opted for a more timely release. Here are the motherboards involved in the BIOS update:
