Following the recent update of the game at the beginning of this week, the social account of Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes shared a reminder about the upcoming story expansion DLC, which will be released by the end of 2024. The contents of the expansion will begin in August 2024 with the story of Marisa and will follow with “The Chapter of Seign” in September 2024. Finally, in October, the “extraordinary tale” will be available in the DLC Markus Story Expansion. Below is the announcement:

Our story begins in a corner of Allraan, a mosaic of many nations and cultures brought together in one land. With the tip of the sword and the use of enchanted objects known as “rune lenses,” the history of this land has been forged by alliances and aggressions among humans, beast-men, elves, and the desert peoples who reside there. The Galdean Empire has gained an advantage over other nations by discovering a technology that amplifies the power of the rune lenses. Now, the Empire is scouring the continent, searching for an artifact that will increase its power even more. It is during one of these expeditions that Seign Kesling, a young and promising imperial officer, and Nowa, a boy from a remote village, meet and become friends. However, very soon, an unexpected twist of fate will plunge them straight into the fire of war and force them to reevaluate everything they hold as right and true.
