The developer SNK has announced Billy Kane as a new playable character for Fatal Fury City of the Wolves.
Here’s a character description taken from the official website:
As the loyal right-hand man of the feared Geese Howard, Billy has taken the reins of the Howard Connection after the death of his late mentor. Although he now leads the syndicate, he is consumed by the challenge of guiding his family of associates into a new era. One thing remains certain amidst the darkness and turmoil: Billy harbors a deep resentment towards Terry Bogard, the man responsible for his master’s death.
The game description taken from Steam:
The glorious Fatal Fury series by SNK debuted in the market in 1991, contributing to the overwhelming success of fighting games in the 90s.
