Shadowlight Sanctuary and 663 Games have shown the reveal trailer for Kill the Shadow, a narrative detective story set in an alternative post-war city, where players take on the role of detective Ah’Guang. The title will be released this year on PC (release date not revealed), and currently, a demo is available on Steam. You can watch the trailer below.

“Kill the Shadow” is a story-driven investigative puzzle. Investigate a series of bizarre murders in various areas of the dark waters city: the disappearance of Master Ruan at the temple fair, the sudden death of Wangcai, the grudges at the Wreckage, and the dismembered limbs in the sewers. Find the city’s lost memories and reconstruct the truth about the city’s division ten years ago. Kill, judge, or even kiss (?) the mind behind all this.
