It has been a while since we last saw Lost Soul Aside, but as previously confirmed, the developer UltiZero Games recently brought the highly anticipated action RPG to ChinaJoy 2024, offering another in-depth look at its gameplay.
Inspired by Final Fantasy XV and Devil May Cry, Lost Soul Aside aims to provide real-time action with fast-paced combat against a variety of deadly enemy types. The live gameplay shown at ChinaJoy offered further insight into this aspect, starting with a tutorial that explains the basic combat mechanics before moving on to a boss fight that showcases fast, stylish, and aggressive action.
Over 20 minutes of gameplay footage were revealed at last year’s ChinaJoy event. Lost Soul Aside is in development for PS5 and PC. No release date has been announced yet, but the game was rated in China earlier this year, suggesting that it may be close to launch.
