Uboat: World War II Submarine Simulator Release Date Announced

PlayWay has announced the full release date of Uboat. The World War II submarine simulator, developed by Deep Water Studio, will arrive with its version 1.0 on Steam on August 2. For the occasion, a new trailer has been published, which you can see at the bottom of the news. The game has been in early access since April 2019. In the message on the game’s Steam page, the developers have thanked the players for their feedback and support, letting them know that over the years they have perfected the game mechanics, expanded the features, and improved every aspect of the submarine warfare simulation. Further details on the full release will be announced soon.

Here is the general description of the game, also from the Steam page:

UBOAT is a World War II submarine simulator, unlike anything you’ve seen before. It’s a sandbox survival game with crew management mechanics, focused on the lives of German sailors. The ship is their home, but it can become their tomb in an instant.

In UBOAT, you control the crew, who in turn command the ship. You have to pay attention to their physical and mental health, because if the sailors are hungry, tired, and demoralized, they won’t even be able to win a skirmish.
